Is a Welcome Sniff Okay?

I'm not very good at introductions. Mama yells at me when I jump on people but how else am I supposed to lick their face?

* jumps up *

I don't know what you've heard about me, but I was born in Zihua last summer. Ever since then my mama and papa have taken care of me and give me food and stuff. They also stick things in my ears and swear it's "for my own good," but I don't buy it.

* sits down and slides to the floor *

A couple days ago they brought me to the doctor's office where I was born and stuck me inside a big plastic box. I didn't know what the heck it was for, but everyone was smiling and petting me, so I went along with it.

I didn't know it was coming home with us.


Now they keep putting my toys in there. Last night they even threw a bunch of treats inside. I'm no fool -- I went in after them. They both said I was a good boy and my mama started taking more pictures. She does that a lot. They're kinda weird.

Then yesterday they stuck my food bowl way in the back. Until then I hadn't gone all the way inside, but a boy's gotta eat!


Again with the pictures. She needs a hobby.

I guess it's better that the other plastic box they bought when I was smaller. Can you imagine trying to eat your supper in there?
