I Am Not a Horse

Today we went to a house with little person who never stopped chasing me. I met him when I was small but he was afraid of me then. This time he kept hugging me and trying to pick me up. He even followed me when I went to the bathroom!

The one person I WANTED to talk to no one let me near. Something about her being TOO small. That's crazy -- she's the same size as me. All I know is they should have let me taste her since they did this:

Ibis wanted to take another one but I didn't want the five-month old to go splat in the street.

Oh! I started reading this from your mama's POV, Owen, and had to tweak my thinking.

So cute! I hope the little darling didn't hurt your back.

Barking! Why didn't I think of that?

What's a POV? Is that some kind of treat?

Poor Owen. Passive resistance is the best way to handle such situations. That, and howling, "We shall Overcome."

You're a very nice dog, Owen. Babies can be rough. My dog likes to eat them, so we can't let him near babies. He's not as sweet as you.

That little baby is soooooo cute!!!

Best defense is to lay down on your side and lick their face, that seems to catch them off guard and you can get away.

Avery, I do like to howl.

Robin, he EATS babies? My papa always says he's gonna eat me in a taco, but I always thought he was joking!

Penguin, you know ALL the cool tricks.

Travis... never.
